Product Description
The CAMPEN Pressnip pre-coating system improves tuft lock and fibre bonding by pressing the latex deep into the carpet structure. Precisely controlled nip pressure and automatic foam bank control make it possible to reduce pre-coat usage by typically 5–30% while keeping a uniform back. The system can be integrated into existing backing lines to increase quality and lower production costs.
