Comments
The fair has been quite productive for us
overall; the level of interest is high, and
compared to last year, we had the opportunity to
meet with more international visitors. Although
immediate sales may not always materialize, as
an export-oriented company, the international
connections we establish here are extremely
valuable for us. During the fair, we held
meetings with visitors from the United Arab
Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and many European
countries. We have been participating for three
years and plan to continue attending in the
coming years. I can confidently say that this
fair makes a significant contribution both to
the industry and to Istanbul’s economy.

This is our second year participating in the
fair, and overall we are very satisfied with
both the organization and the visitor interest.
One of the designs we exhibited receiving an
award was a particular source of pride for us.
Our original collection featuring traditional
motifs attracted strong attention, and we had
productive meetings with visitors from various
countries. Holding the fair in Türkiye is a very
правиль decision considering that we are a
manufacturing country, and it also offers cost
advantages. We plan to continue participating in
the coming years and recommend that all
companies take part in this important gathering.

Although we found this year’s fair slightly
slower compared to last year, we can still say
that we are generally satisfied with the overall
outcome. In terms of visitor profile, customers
from the United States stand out, while there is
also interest from Europe, though the main focus
is the American market. The impact of global
economic conditions is being felt across all
sectors, and we attribute the decline in demand
to this; however, we still believe that fairs
always create opportunities. This is our third
time attending this fair, and our company has
been participating in various fairs for many
years. We plan to continue in the future. We are
exhibiting handmade carpets, and we believe the
fair contributes both to the industry and to the
city’s economy, particularly in accommodation
and service sectors.

The fair has been very dynamic and productive
for us; we see that our brand has become more
visible and is being met with strong interest
from visitors. Our stand is currently being
visited by buyers from many countries,
especially Mexico, the United States, the United
Kingdom, and Germany. We offer visitors a wide
range of carpets that are hard to find
elsewhere, featuring authentic Turkish motifs
and colorful designs suitable for every home. We
plan to participate in the coming years and
strongly recommend other companies to join as
well. We are mainly exhibiting handwoven
products, and we believe the fair helps increase
the international visibility of Turkish carpets,
both handmade and machine-made. Visitors
discover new designs here while also building
industry connections in a more friendly
environment.

The fair has been very busy and productive for
us; we had a similar pace last year, and
everything is progressing as planned this year
as well. Although we mainly operate in the
domestic market, we also had the opportunity to
meet many international clients—particularly
from Europe, as well as from the United States
and China. I believe this fair is an important
platform for anyone who wants to see carpet
designs up close, follow trends, and build the
right connections on the export side. We have
been participating in the Istanbul fair for two
years, and previously took part in fairs in
Gaziantep. We plan to continue participating in
the coming years. We mainly exhibit decorative
machine-made carpets based on acrylic,
polypropylene, and polyester, and we believe the
fair makes a significant contribution both to
companies and to Türkiye’s position in the
global carpet industry.

I believe that the TÜYAP Career Route event,
organized as part of the International Carpet
and Flooring Expo by TÜYAP, has been highly
beneficial for both industry stakeholders and
students interested in this field. The
opportunity to hear knowledge and experiences
from speakers of different disciplines allowed
participants to get to know the sector more
closely and develop a broader vision. I believe
such gatherings play an inspiring and
progressive role in shaping the future of the
industry. I would also like to thank the TÜYAP
team for this valuable organization.

I think the TÜYAP Career Route event was a
valuable first within the scope of the carpet
fair. This platform, which brought together
industry professionals with students and young
participants, provided a very enjoyable and
productive meeting environment. I hope that
similar organizations will continue and would
like to thank all the authorities who made this
opportunity possible.

I believe the International Carpet and Flooring
Expo is a very valuable platform that brings
together all stakeholders of the sector. In
particular, the TÜYAP Career Route panel event
organized as part of the fair made it possible
to establish new connections among actors within
the industry, which was extremely valuable. In
this respect, I think a very successful
organization was carried out, and I congratulate
the entire team, especially TÜYAP officials, and
wish for its continuation.

We came from Demirci, Manisa to visit the fair
and were generally very satisfied. Since Demirci
is known as the capital of wool carpets, this
organization holds special importance for us.
Some of our members also participated in the
fair, and this is our third time attending as
visitors. We especially visited companies
producing wool carpets and encountered very
successful collections in the product groups we
were interested in. We were able to find the
products we were looking for. Additionally,
seeing innovations in the sector on-site and
exchanging ideas was very productive for us. We
would like to thank everyone who contributed to
this valuable organization.

I attended the fair from the city center of
Bingöl and found the organization very
successful. This fair, which hosts participants
from many countries every year, provides a
highly suitable platform to see different
companies together and to examine products
closely. We specifically reviewed products by
yarn type; we focused on acrylic, viscose,
polyester-content, and decorative carpet groups
and were able to find the products we were
looking for. It is very important for us to see
new trends and innovations in the sector at the
fair because the carpet industry is constantly
evolving, and it is necessary to keep up with
this change. I recommend that anyone interested
in the carpet industry visit such fairs. We will
continue to attend in the coming years. I would
like to thank everyone who contributed.
