Product Description
The ALP-C-127-YKZDO is a fully automatic jute placemat sewing system designed for high-efficiency production. A single operator can manage up to four units simultaneously, with selectable sewing sizes from 13 to 100 cm directly on the touchscreen. Equipped with a Pfaff large-shuttle zigzag machine, cord measurement sensor, automatic cutting and holding system, thread-break detection, and bobbin-out monitoring, it delivers consistent quality and reliable performance. Production times are 40 seconds for 18 cm placemats and 357 seconds for 60 cm placemats.
