CARPET BACK COATING MACHINE

One drum steam back coating machine provides more stuffed and strengthen carpet base by smearing glue to the base of weaved carpet and another process of this machine is drying after smearing glue. There are oven unit to heat and dry, in addition there are drum of iron, air circulation cooler, brush, steam and latex units. Speed control, measurement of glue, heat of oven, quantity of steam and cooling units are controlled by programmable logic control (PLC) system.
