This advanced automation line performs the edge sewing (side finishing) of carpets that have already undergone right–left overlock stitching, fully automatically using precision edge-control systems after the cutting process. Its controlled conveyor structure ensures stable and accurate material flow. The PLC and servo-driven system offers reliable operation, supported by thread-break sensors, automatic cutting, a piece counter, and a touchscreen interface. It can process carpet sizes ranging from 60×100 cm to 300×400 cm, achieving up to 5 pieces per minute for smaller sizes and 2 pieces per minute for larger sizes.
