Zeki Mensucat, one of Turkey’s largest yarn manufacturers, has been operating since 1973.The company started in 1993 with blanket and rug production, later expanding into acrylic yarn manufacturing. Over time, it added wool, viscose, polyamide, and their blends to its portfolio. In 2018, the company invested in polyester filament yarn and now operates in a 260,000 m² modern facility. It has obtained OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and 100% GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certifications, positioning itself as a leading player in the polyester industry.Its yarns are widely used in woven and tufted carpets, velvet rugs, printed carpets, blankets, upholstery fabrics, home textiles, curtain and bedding fabrics. The company also produces specialty yarns like FR (Flame Retardant) and UV-resistant yarns, in both virgin and recycled polyester. Zeki Mensucat grows through the production of acrylic, polyester, chenille, and fancy yarns, and is listed among Turkey’s Top 500 Industrial Companies by ISO.
